Usage Information

If you have access to a role specified in the system setup value ERPOCR_USAGE you will be able to view usage information for your entire organisation.

You will also have to have configured the parameter ERPOCR_USAGE_KEY and allowed connections to the usage server through any firewalls you may have

The usage will be provided per client and document type for the last 12 months on a rolling basis and presented in the table as below, note this data is not saved to the database:
