Upgrading from a 1.3 to a 1.4 version is a Major update to underlying system
If moving from a 1.3 version to a 1.4 version it should be tested thoroughly on a test system before being moved to production, there are substantial changes throughout the system. While we always test on a wide number of different systems and configurations, it is always possible for something to behave slightly differently on your setup.

Minor
[INT] [IMPROVEMENT] Add some handling to try and avoid duplicate documents due to rossum slow processing. NOTE this does not resolve the issue and unfortunately if rossum is running slow, it will lead to no documents being downloaded, however it should be a small improvement as it should avoid duplicates being downloaded at the wrong status.
[INT] [IMPROVEMENT] Allow for TLS1.2 connections to the usage server for pulling the usage data.
[ISD-164] [BUG] Fix issue where ERPOCR_TAX_CODES was always expected to be on and with a value
[ISD-165] [BUG] Fix issue where ERPOCR_DEF_QTY was always expected to be on and with a value
[ISD-166] [BUG] Fix issue with the new admin_clear_flags where the user had to explicitly have this role even if they were already an admin
[OA-352] [FEATURE] Enable multi client supplier lookups for shared masterfiles
[OA-351] [FEATURE] Duplicate flags expanded to include INVX where the invoice exists in a previously processed batch and not just the current batch.

Known Issues
- We are aware with an issue with the indexing fields where a manual update is not possible on some fields, this appears to be a browser issue and we are working to resolve it. Index fields which are automatically filled and updated by header fields are not affected and updating the header field manually will result in the index field updating.
