Indexing

The system can automatically apply document indexing based on the information retrieved.

If you have completed index mapping for your document type (see the settings page) then the system will allocate values to the indexes wherever it has a value and the data type matches.

These index fields can be manually altered and will update as soon as you leave the field.

Mandatory indexes are flagged and highlighted orange.

Date Indexes

We are aware of an issue with updating index date fields directly in web which we are trying to resolve. In the meantime if you change the associated field then the index will be updated.
